Today, you are one step closer to a new you, feeling empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
My goal as your therapist is to help you uncover your true potential and for you to lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will work to understand and change long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you and your relationships back from experiencing more fulfillment and greater meaning.
Have you been dealing with a difficult, abusive mother or father currently or growing up?
Do you feel unheard, invisible around others, that your needs always come after others’?
Are you looking toward being the healthiest version of yourself and NOT re-enacting ways of relating from your past?
Having the time and space for you to feel understood and heard can lead to lasting change in the discovery of new ways to express and cope with your emotions, as well as ending abusive cycles in relationships with yourself, family, and friends.
